Basheer K. is an academician, historian, and professional translator with extensive experience in History, Arabic-English translation, language education, and academic consulting.
He holds postgraduate qualifications in Islamic Propagation, History, and Arabic, and is also pursuing higher studies in English. His academic interests include World History, Islamic History, languages, translation studies, and literature.

He has several years of professional experience in translation and education. He served as a Senior Translator at the Embassy of India in Doha, Qatar, for many years, where he worked extensively in Arabic-English translation. He has also worked as a lecturer and language educator at various academic institutions in Kerala.

At present, he is working as a Lecturer in History at PMSA Arts & Islamic College. Alongside teaching, he is interested in developing effective methods of language learning, translation education, and interdisciplinary studies..

He has also contributed articles to Arabic and English publications and has experience in public speaking. He was a runner-up in a Humorous Speech competition conducted by Toastmasters International, Doha Division.
